The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, it is stated that on the orders of the petitioner, Bhupesh Singh fired on the informant injuring him seriously.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. Even as per the F.I.R., he is alleged to be the order giver. No overt act has been alleged against him. He is in custody since 3.4.2021 and has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent and having remained in custody for over 10 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case no. 253 of 2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
