The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.14 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner, who is husband of O.P. No.2, alongwith other in-laws ousted the O.P. No.2 from her matrimonial house for non-fulfillment of demand of additional dowry.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no

It is further submitted that no specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. It is submitted that the matter has already been settled between the parties outside the court. It is also submitted that a joint compromise petition has also been filed in the learned court below.
Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, District Rohtas in connection with Mahila P.S.
