The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the informant a delivery boy for a Pizza Company, was robbed of his mobile phone and assaulted by two accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. In course of investigation the mobile phone of the informant was recovered from a coaccused on whose statement made before the police, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The petitioner is in custody since 7.6.2021 but has not been put of

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for over 7 months and chargesheet having been submitted, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case no. 146 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
