(contempt petition) is filed for non-compliance of order dated 05.01.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19505 of 2021 read with petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2022.

2. The subject matter is relating to certain encroachment of the Government land. In this regard, the official respondents have undertaken exercise to remove the encroachment. Perusal of show cause and communication dated 05.09.2023, there is a substantial compliance of the order. However, for remaining portion of compliance of the order insofar as providing certain accomodation to such of those persons who have been continued illegally is concerned, we are granting six months time to the official respondents.

3. Accordingly, the present MJC stands dropped,

Patna High Court MJC No.1148 of 2022(3) dt.06-09-2023 3/3 reserving liberty to the petitioner to file interlocutory application for revival of this order in the event of non-compliance of the remaining portion as stated in the order dated 05.09.2023.
