The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act and Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement made by the petitioner regarding criminal antecedent as well as the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 15.6.2015, let the petitioner namely, Ravi Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Class Judicial Magistrate at Barh, District Patna in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015.
