The petitioner is in custody in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 180 of 2019, ( G.R. No. 1047 of 2019) registered for the offence punishable under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in theft of hand bag of the wife of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR and nothing incriminating has been recovered from his conscious physical possession. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that

Considering the aforesaid, this Court inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Let the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 180 of 2019 ( G.R. No. 1047 of 2019).
