2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 187 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, while the informant along with one Saroj Pathak was coming Teghra from Banwaripur, on the way, three unknown miscreants came and snatched the mobile of informant and the accused persons also snatched cash of Rs. 1,80,000/- from possession of Saroj Pathak.

4. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of petitioner surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Shivam Kumar @ Pikku. No incriminating article has been

5. Counsel for state however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got three criminal antecedent out of which one is of similar nature.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
