After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for cancellation of regular bail granted to opposite party no. 2 in Cr. Misc. No. 10347 of 2020 under order dated 20.08.2020 in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 269 of 2019, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, with a liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter before the learned trial court.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9380 of 2021(4) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
