JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the encroachment in question has stood removed, however the same has resurfaced.

Nonetheless, it is pointed out by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that the encroachers have filed a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 5027 of 2025, wherein a coordinate Bench of this Court has, vide order dated 26.3.2025, directed that no coercive action shall be taken against the writ petitioners of the said writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to intervene in the said writ petition i.e. the one bearing CWJC No. 5027 of

Patna High Court MJC No.1775 of 2024(6) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 2025. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
