Anil Kumar Singh, Learned GP 26 appearing for the State and Dr. Anand Kumar, appearing for Accountant General through video conferencing.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he retired in the year 2017, but up till now his retiral dues has not been paid to him.

Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent No. 5 and it has been averred in the counter affidavit that steps have already been taken to make

Patna High Court CWJC No.13365 of 2018(3) dt.12-06-2020 2/2 payment of retiral dues of the petitioner and moreover, some payments have already been made to the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid facts as well as taking note of the submissions of the parties, this petition stands disposed of directing the respondents particularly respondent No. 4 and respondent No. 5 to ensure the payment of admitted retiral dues of the petitioner with statutory interest within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order if the admitted retiral dues has not been paid to the petitioner as yet. However, it is made clear that petitioner shall have liberty to file fresh writ petition if he is not satisfied with the payment made by the concerned authorities.
