Patna High Court MJC No.2299 of 2018 (3) dt.14-08-2018 14-08-2018 It is in the light of the order passed by this Court on 08.08.2018 in MJC No.2299 of 2018 that CWJC No.19379 of 2017 has been listed in view of judicial order passed in the said writ petition on 05.07.2018 requiring its listing along with the contempt application.

Learned counsel for the parties are present.

Contempt application is listed on the motion made by Mr. Prabhat Ranjan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who seeks permission to withdraw the contempt application. Since by judicial order passed on 05.07.2018 in CWJC No.19379 of 2017 the writ petition was directed to be listed along with the contempt application that it is listed along with today. However since Mr. Prabhat Ranjan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the contempt application which is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, the writ petition is now required to go out of my list for its listing before an appropriate Bench hearing "Contract Matter" as per roster, after obtaining permission of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
