The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Special Case No. 42 of 2015, arising out of Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 399 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 20 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The case is of the year 2015. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner is an absconder and he does not deserve anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
