Petitioner is in custody in connection Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018 for the offence under sections 379/326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner was not named in the FIR. His name surfaced on the confessional statement of the co-accused.

He submits that the petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2018 yet he has not been put on TIP Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2018 yet he has not been put on TIP, the Court is inclined

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34517 of 2019(2) dt.27-05-2019 2/2 to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Anwar Shamim, learned A.C.J.M. Railway Judicial Magistrate, Barauni, in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018.
