The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and Dhananjay Paswan are stated to have assaulted with lathi and iron rod causing serious injuries on the informant. Further Vijay Paswan and Jwala Paswan destroyed the articles in the informant's house. The petitioner also took away the ear rings of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The manner of occurrence is not as has been alleged in the F.I.R.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for over 1 year and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sare P.S. Case no. 56 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
