The petitioner seeks bail in GRPS Case No. 66 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 45 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from possession of petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and she is in custody since 18.05.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody coupled with the fact that petitioner is a lady and bears clean antecedent, the

No.47395 of 2021(2) dt.22-11-2021 2/2 petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge II-cum- Special Judge (Excise Act), Bhagalpur in connection with GRPS Case No. 66 of 2021.
