Petitioner is in custody in connection with Case No. 62C2 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case total 11 liters of liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.4.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than two months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let
