JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Admittedly, petitioner happens to be elder sister of victim and the accusation against her is that she took the victim and after that victim was found missing though petitioner disclosed before the informant that it was one Shailesh Pandey, who took the victim for the purpose of marriage. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S.Case No. 134 of 2015.
