JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have given one Farsa blow, causing injury on the left knee of the injured. The aforesaid injury has been found grievous in nature.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that parties are on litigating terms and several cases have been filed by them against each others. It is further contended by him that even if, prosecution story assumed to be true, then also, no injury was caused by the petitioner on vital part of body of the injured and the injury found on the head of injured, is attributed to other accused. Considering the above-said submissions as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner is in jail custody since 06-08-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57166 of 2015 (2) dt.18-12-2015 2/2 2015, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 54 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.
