After some arguments, Mr. Akhileshwar Prasad Singh, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this application, made, under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, in the nature of writ of habeas corpus, with liberty take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.

No objection has been raised by the respondents to

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1311 of 2015 (3) dt.21-12-2015 2/2 the prayer for withdrawal made by the petitioner with liberty as has been sought for.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, this writ application is hereby disposed of as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.
