The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 560 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has wrongly mentioned of having released the salary of some persons of different period and a writ petition was filed before this Court wherein this Court passed an order that the petitioner had suppressed the material facts and misappropriated the money, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for bail is rejected.
