One mobile and Rs. 150/- in cash are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. According to prosecution case itself, no mobile was looted in the alleged occurrence and so far as recovery of Rs. 150/- is concerned, it is not the claim of the prosecution that aforesaid recovered cash belonged to informant of the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
