The petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 327 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 401, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, on secret information that some miscreants have assembled to commit crime a raid was conducted and this petitioner along with two co-accused were apprehended on the spot. From possession of petitioner two mobile phones has been recovered.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No arms and ammunition has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2021 having

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 327 of 2021.
