Patna High Court CWJC No.9008 of 2024(2) dt.18-07-2024 2/3 order(s), direction (s), for issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) to the respondent authorities to build / construct the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan for Gram Panchayat Raj, Chhotka Sankhe under the Uchkagaon Block/ Circle in the District of Gopalganj in one side of Plot No. 93 under Khata No. 246 in Revenue Thana No. 822 and its revenue village-Chhotka Sankhe which has already been reported by concerned Halka karamchari, which area is as 110 x 150 feet because as per revenue record upon the abovementioned land which total area of 8 Bigha 14 katha 16 Dhur where from 2 Bigha 12 Katha 1 Dhur has been assigned for General Public Interest whereupon Mahaviri Akhara and fare of Muharram have been organized in view of the order dated 15.03.2011 passed by the Collector/ Additional Collector, Gopalganj in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 03 of 1995-96 (Md. Sahabuddin Ansari and others Versus The State of Bihar and others) in exercising the power of section-4(h) of the Bihar Land Reforms Act."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.9008 of 2024(2) dt.18-07-2024 3/3 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
