JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The recovery of 60 liters of country made Mahua liquor and 50 Kgs. Mahua is said to have been made from the house of the petitioners.

Although it is said that petitioners were also caught at the place of occurrence but taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Pranpur P.S.Case No. 88 of 2015.
