JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 16-06-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage only grievance of the petitioner which has remained pending is with respect to a sum of Rs. 4,20,415/- in respect of which petitioner has represented before the Principal of the College (respondent no. 6) vide his representation dated 05.12.2018 as contained in Annexure '6' to the writ application but the same has remained pending so far and even repeated reminders to respondent no. 6 has not drawn his attention. So far as the post retiral dues in respect of which

Patna High Court CWJC No.12118 of 2019(3) dt.16-06-2020 2/3 prayer has been made in paragraph '1' of the writ application. Learned counsel submits that during pendency the petitioner has been paid almost all the retiral dues and for some petty grievances he may be allowed to raise the same before the respondent no. 3.

Dr. Anshuman Singh, learned counsel representing the University has no objection if this Court directs the respondent no. 6 to look into the grievance of the petitioner, consider his representation as contained in Annexure '6' to the writ application, examine the same and take an appropriate decision thereon within a reasonable time.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel representing the University, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 6 to consider the grievance of the petitioner as contained in Annexure '6' to the writ application, examine the same, take an appropriate view of the matter and pass a reasoned order thereon within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

In case any amount is found payable to the petitioner the same should also be paid within next thirty days. So far as any other petty grievance with respect to the post retiral dues is concerned, the petitioner will be at liberty to submit his
