The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kudra P.S Case No. 307 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/38)1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegedly, four pieces of foreign liquor each containing 180 ml. was recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2016. In the facts and circumstances stated above, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at
