The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the police while checking on Patna Jn. the apprehended two persons from Platform No. 4 moving in suspicious condition on 02.11.2015 who disclosed their name as Jeet Narayan Singh and Guddu Sharma and they also disclosed that they used to steal Laptop from the train boggy. Earlier they steal four Laptop and handed over to Pankaj Kumar, thereafter police apprehended Pankaj Kumar, who disclosed that he sold it to Rahul Kumar and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8521 of 2016 (2) dt.22-02-2016 2/2 Rahul Kumar confessed that he sold one Laptop to Raju Kumar and one to Amit Kumar, Amit Kumar sold it to Sagar Kumar and rest two were sold to this petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that merely on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. There is no recovery from the petitioner and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Rail P.S. Patna Jn. Case No. 347 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna.
