The petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.11.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that investigation has already concluded and Final Form has been submitted under section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioner and the investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail
