2. The petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2023 in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 280/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, the deceased was killed by the petitioner and others in the house of the petitioner due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased.

5. Under the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. It is accordingly rejected.

6. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
