The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/420/467/468/471 of Indian Penal Code.

Notices were issued to the opposite party No. 2 who has appeared thorough Vakalatnama.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the matter has been resolved that the parties have come to an amicable settlement.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58190 of 2015 (3) dt.06-05-2016 P2/2 of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 233/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
