Petitioner is in custody in connection Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 1101 of 2018 for the offence under sections 398/401 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a,26,35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case one loaded desi katta was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 24.
