JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-06-2019 Heard Sri Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation, has prayed for grant of bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 433 of 2018, POCSO Case No. 10 of 2019 (arising out of Pawana P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018), registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during the trial the informant has even been declared hostile, and as such, according to Sri Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, there is feeble possibility of
