The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33284 of 2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the description of the Village and Police Station has inadvertently been stated in the cause title as "Village Rupaspur, P.S. Griyak" in place of "Village- Mustafapur, P.S. Manpur".
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41920 of 2022(4) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 Let the reference to "Village Rupaspur, P.S. Griyak" as appearing in the cause title of the order dated 09.06.2022 be treated as corrected to read as "Village- Mustafapur, P.S. Manpur".
The order dated 09.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33284 of 2021 stands modified only to the aforesaid extent. Modification petition stands disposed of.
