2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the relief as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner had filed a representation on 04.01.2024 before the Deputy Development Commissioner, Hajipur, DistrictVaishali (Respondent No. 2) but the same is still continues to be

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction is given to the Deputy Development Commissioner, Hajipur, District-Vaishali (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of the representation on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

4. This prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the learned counsel for the Respondent-State.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is being disposed of directing the Deputy Development Commissioner, Hajipur, District-Vaishali (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of the representation dated 04.01.2024 filed by the petitioner (Annexure-P/4 to the writ application) on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. This entire exercise must be carried out within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
