JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 The petitioner, who is in custody since 23.10.2015 in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case no.204 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act, has prayed for grant of bail. The petitioner was running a hotel and on raid, huge quantity of foreign liquor was recovered. Thereafter, the petitioner was taken in custody.

Sri Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. He submits that huge quantity of foreign liquor was recovered.
