Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.
About 15 and 17 litres of liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioners individually. The petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail, on completion of four months of custody, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional
