The petitioner seeks bail in Complain Case No. C2359 of 2016 under Section 30A of Bihar Excise Act. 470 pieces each of 300 M.L. liquor were recovered from possession of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 5.11.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than four months.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
