One LED of Panasonic company and loaded pistol along with one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 20.9.2015.

Petitioner claims that seized TV belongs to him. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Kotwali (Barari) P.S.
