2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 442 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 302 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Two persons were killed by stabbing. The case is pending for framing of charge but because of non-cooperation of one accused Guljari Devi, the charge has not been framed.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in a case of double murder that too by stabbing.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
