2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 61(2), 352 and 351(3) of B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have caused fire arm injury to the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Charge-sheet has already been submitted and petitioner, having no criminal antecedents, is in custody since 18.02.2026.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, period of custody and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S.
