The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 341, 323, 326A, 354, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, over a dispute between the parties, it is stated that the accused persons including the petitioner herein assaulted the husband of the informant and poured acid injuring him.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The relationship between the petitioner and the injured are of full brother. The injury has been found to be simple in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 24.3.2021 and has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the contents of the injury report, the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 11 months and not having any criminal antecedent, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case no. 259 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Sikrahna at Dhaka, District East Champaran.
