2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
3. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 44 of 2022 dated 08.02.2022, lodged under Section 394 of the I.P.C. read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
4. As per the prosecution case, the allegation of robbery is against three unknown accused persons.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Counsel further submits that nothing incriminating have been

Counsel further submits that the names of the petitioners have figured in this case by virtue of the confessional statement of the co-accused. Counsel submits that the petitioners are in custody since 07.10.2022 having clean antecedent in which charge-sheet has already been filed.
6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioners above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 44 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
8. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
