Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with two other accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of informant and kept her forcefully in their house. It is submitted that there was love affairs between coaccused, Deepak Kumar, and the victim. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case because he is father of co-accused, Deepak Kumar and he has nothing to do with the alleged occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47400 of 2021(4) dt.24-01-2022 2/2 since 03.05.2021 and investigation in this case is complete. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.
