JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 02-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order of the Sub-Divisional Officer dated 24.08.2016. After some argument, learned counsel was allowed to approach the appellate authority, but later on transpired that petitioner has already approached the appellate authority by filing Appeal No.23 of 2016.
It is completely a clear cut case of suppression of material fact. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U
