Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law whereas petitioner no. 2 happens to be brother-in-law of the victim. The victim in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C stated that she was forcibly taken by the petitioner no. 2 but she did not make any complaint of ill-behaviour by the petitioner no. 2.
