In paragraph -7 of the show cause it has been stated that entire payment after the clearance from the Vigilance has been paid to the petitioner. The specific statement with regard to the payment of the petitioner is made in paragraph-7 is quoted below:- "That it is most humbly submitted that in the facts and circumstances stated

Therefore, this contempt application be dropped against the opposite parties."

In view of the above the present proceeding is dropped, application stands disposed of.
