This application for anticipatory bail arises out of East Champaran Muffasil P.S. Case No. 47 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20, 23 and 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The petitioner has been named in the selfinculpatory statement of co-accused Seraj Alam, from whom 350 grams of Charas was recovered. Further, the petitioner has six criminal antecedents.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46937 of 2021(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
