For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Sanjay Kumar No.-7, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Yogendra Kr. Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 3 of 2016 arising out of Sathi P.S. Case No. 159 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the fact that it is a case of multiple murder in which the involvement of the petitioner is found from the very inception, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. It is, accordingly, dismissed. As the petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2015,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23041 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 2 / 2 the trial court is directed to conclude the trial without delay. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
