22-11-2021 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to correct the name of petitioner no. 1 in the cause title of the bail petition.

Permission is accorded. It may be done in course of the day.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Two petitioners seek bail in Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 82 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

63 liters of Nepali Saufi Wine has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the quantity of recovery, clean antecedent and period of custody, the bail petition of petitioners is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Kanhauli P.S.
