2. The learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present petition has been filed only for a direction to learned Munsif-III, Patna to execute the Execution Case No. 20 of 2020, arising out of Eviction Suit No. 68/2016 expeditiously.
3. Since the petitioner has come before this Court with limited prayer for expeditious disposal of his execution case which is pending since 2020, I do not think there is any need to issue notice to the respondents.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances and submission made on behalf of the petitioner, learned executing court, i.e, Munsif-III, Patna is directed to take up the Execution Case No. 20 of 2020 in all earnest and try to dispose of it at the earliest in terms of the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Rahul S. Shah Vs. Jinendra Kumar Gandhi and Others, reported in (2021) 6 SCC 418.
5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present petition stands disposed of.
